The secret behind Beyonce's amazing bod - revealed

Remember how ah-mazing Beyonce looked at the Met Gala 2015 last month? Turns out, she's got a secret behind that dream bod. She's been sticking to a certain diet and it doesn't even involve cutting out regular meals.


On a GMA exclusive feature, Queen Bey shared that her 22-day get fit programme was created by nutritionist and exercise physiologist, Marco Borges. It involved going vegan which focused on mainly plant-based food, 30-minute workouts every day and plenty of water.


Borges also points out, "it takes 21 days to make or break a habit. If you adopt a healthy habit over the course of 21 days, on the 22nd day you'll be on to the new habit." If you're keen to join the vegan club, dietician/nutritionist Maya Feller advises, "do not shop at the center of the grocery store...go to the front of the grocery store to look for fresh produce."
