The miracle water I'll always go back to

I have the most problematic skin - it's oily and acne-prone, a nightmare I wish I never had especially in Singapore's hot and humid climate. After testing out many products, I've managed to find some that actually work (thank goodness!). One of my favourite is the SK-II Men Facial Treatment Essence - probably their hottest item.

According to its website, the Facial Treatment Essence promises a brighter, firmer and less greasy complexion in 14 days. For me, I've first started using the female version some time back but stopped because I've switched to another regime entirely. However, whenever I start using it again, the are marked differences.

I immediately notice that my skin tone becomes evened out, my pores seem tighter and my skin looks clearer and most importantly, well rested. While some users have complained about the absence of a pleasuring scent, the results are enough to convince me and return to this essence from time to time. I think of it as a beauty cabinet essential that helps prep your skin for the remaining moisturiser, spot treatment and sunscreen. At $99 for a 75ml bottle, it's definitely not cheap but it's surely a useful product that I find worth investing in. Available on Luxola.
