25 and still single. Here's how I feel

It's not exactly the best feeling of course, but it's not the worst situation to be in either. 25 is an awkward age because people expect you to be an adult but deep down, you still want to act like a child. This makes it perfect to fall in love because you'll probably still have the energy to spark fantasies and romance for your relationship to work.
But if you're still single - like me - there are good and bad sides to it. As much as I want to find "the right one", I don't mind dedicating all the time to myself. I can watch as many Youtube videos as I want, splurge on an expensive spa treatment as a birthday treat and just read a good book to kill time. All these, my friends, are traits of a selfish 25-year-old but don't worry...there's nothing bad about it.
Here, the 8 thoughts of being 25 and battling against singlehood.

"How on earth am I still a single when I'm so fun and fabulous?! Howww!!!"

When the night falls and you're by yourself, negative thoughts start flooding your brain. "Why me?"

Looking at couples smooching in the public... "Get a room lah!"

After listening to the woes from your (un)happily attached friends, you begin to question if you really want to be in one. "It's a trap!!!"

There are good sides to being single. You get to ogle as much as you want...

Flirt as much as you want...

Because nobody's going to stop you.

After all, being single doesn't hurt at all. Unless you're desperate.
